Outside the Lens
Melanee Garls is a Special Education Specialist at Outside the Lens, responsible for reviewing participants' history and preparing progress reports. Prior to this role, Melanee worked as a Lead Instructor at Mathnasium, where Melanee assessed students' progress and communicated with parents. Melanee also served as a Special Education Aide at Grossmont Union High School District, adapting activities for special education students and implementing behavioral plans. Melanee has a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development from Point Loma Nazarene University and an Associate of Science in Social and Behavioral Sciences and Psychology from Cuyamaca College.
