Desmond McHugh

Desmond McHugh, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of FP&A and Corporate Development at Outside, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and strategy since February 2022. Prior to this role, Desmond held various positions at Progress Ventures and Progress Partners, demonstrating expertise in venture capital and M&A advisory within the technology sector. Desmond's background also includes significant experience at KPMG US, where responsibilities included financial due diligence and advisory in deal advisory, as well as roles in auditing. Desmond's education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an early foundational education at Boston Latin School.
