Kelsey Barnes is an experienced professional in digital production and membership retention, currently serving as a Senior Membership Retention Manager at Outside since August 2021, following a progression through roles such as Membership Retention Manager and Product Marketing Manager. Prior to Outside, Kelsey worked as an Integrated Producer at OLIVER Agency | adidas and held the position of Producer at Instrument, where responsibilities included managing production for digital products and content creation for major brands like Nike.
