Ana Lopes

Ana Lopes has extensive experience in community management and project coordination, currently serving as Lead Community Manager (Strategic Programs Lead) at OutSystems since August 2019, where responsibilities include growing the OutSystems Community and supporting developer relations. Previously, Ana held various positions at OutSystems, including Senior Community Manager and Community Growth Specialist, focusing on attracting new developers through education and training programs. Prior experience includes Operations Manager at Pousada de Juventude de Viseu, where management covered operational leadership and HR tasks, and European Project Manager at Adamastor - Associação Cultural, managing community projects and fostering international cooperation. Ana Lopes also provided logistical support for the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from ISEG and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Coimbra.
