Francisco Baptista

Francisco Baptista is a seasoned professional in the field of support engineering and aerospace, currently serving as Team Lead of Global Support L3 at OutSystems since December 2017. Francisco is responsible for managing team operations, focusing on individual and team growth, and defining operating models such as incident management and root cause analysis. Previously, Francisco held roles as a Senior Support Engineer and Support Engineer at OutSystems, where expertise included troubleshooting platform and infrastructure issues. Prior experience includes an internship at TAP Portugal Maintenance & Engineering, where Francisco developed a thesis on performance prediction for the CFM56-5B turbofan engine and implemented a trend monitoring program for various engines using VBA programming. Francisco holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and a degree in Aeronautical Sciences and Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from ISEC.
