Katelyn Desautels, CSCP, has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as a Sr. Global Logistics Analyst at Outward Hound since November 2016. In this role, Katelyn has led initiatives to improve efficiency and manage freight costs, contributed to the merger and acquisition of five companies, and utilized TMS systems for tracking and supplier integration. Previous positions at Outward Hound include Senior Order Fulfillment Analyst and Order Fulfillment Analyst, where Katelyn implemented standard operating procedures and trained staff across departments. Prior to Outward Hound, Katelyn worked as an Assistant Land Technician at SRC Energy Inc., assisting with land rights documentation and automation processes. Katelyn began their professional journey at Darden, working in various roles that enhanced customer service skills. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
