Lynn Rosen has been working in the product development industry for over 20 years. Lynn started their career as a buyer for Disney Stores in 1990 and then moved to The Children's Place in 1997 where they became VP Merchandising & Design. In 2000, they joined Tommy Hilfiger as DMM for Women's, Juniors, and Kids. Rosen has been with Outward Hound since 2002 and is currently VP Product Development.
Lynn Rosen majored in Business Administration at Colorado State University. After graduation, they worked in various businesses in administration roles.
Lynn Rosen reports to Michael Black, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with George Vareldzis - CFO, Jared Mosher - COO, and Michael Parness - CMO.
