Alan Finlay's work experience begins in 2007, when they started as an Analyst in Alternative Investments at Goldman Sachs. Alan worked in this role until June 2011. From April 2011 to August 2014, they worked as an Associate at Texas Pacific Group, where they were responsible for designing fundraising campaigns, implementing marketing strategies, and managing a product sales team. Since August 2014, Alan has served as the Co-Founder of Boomtown, now known as OvationCXM, a Customer Experience Management company. In this role, they are responsible for product, design, and marketing, and oversees the OvationCXM Platform, which includes CRM connectors, customer journey orchestration and automation tools, and integrated communication solutions.
Alan Finlay attended St. John's Prep from 2001 to 2005, where they completed their high school education. Following that, they attended the University of Virginia from 2005 to 2009, earning a bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Science (BS).
