Katie Strong

Katie Strong is an experienced marketing and account management professional with a solid background in product knowledge and customer relations. Currently serving as Account Manager I at OverDrive since May 2022, Katie manages partner communications and supports inquiries regarding OverDrive and Kanopy products. Prior to this role, Katie worked as an Accounts Support Administrator at TeachingBooks.net, where responsibilities included license management, invoicing, and customer communication. Previous positions include Marketing Coordinator at Endurance House, focusing on social media engagement and promotional campaigns, as well as roles at Spectrum Brands in product marketing. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and completed coursework at the University of Kent.
