Lauren Bajda

Lauren Bajda has over a decade of experience in training, program development, and community engagement, primarily in education and digital media. Currently serving as Product Trainer III at OverDrive since February 2017, Lauren has co-led onboarding efforts, facilitated webinars, and implemented new software programs. Previous roles include High School Program Coordinator at Lexington Bell Community Center, where Lauren developed after-school programs, and Independent Consultant at Shaw High School, advising on educational initiatives. Lauren’s background also includes serving at Covenant House Alaska, where relationships were formed with at-risk youth, and teaching English as a Second Language at Frank J. Boron American Language School. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from John Carroll University and furthered education at Your Online Language Academy.
