Mark Johnson has extensive experience in product management at OverDrive, Inc., starting in April 2000 and progressing through various roles, currently serving as Product Owner II. In this capacity, Mark manages the Sora app and the OverDrive app, overseeing the product lifecycle, including research and development, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and strategic development. Prior roles include Product Owner, where Mark coordinated the OverDrive apps, and Product Specialist, responsible for writing product documentation and managing the OverDrive Help website project. Mark's career at OverDrive began as an eBook editor, focusing on the conversion of print books to eBooks. Before joining OverDrive, Mark worked as an Engineering Technician at Jacobson Mfg, LLC, where responsibilities included designing tooling for cold forming machines in the automotive industry.
