Vijayaraj Gopinath

Vijayaraj Gopinath serves as the Product Lead at OVERJET, starting in October 2024, where responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, AI-driven solutions in Revenue Cycle Management. Previously, Vijayaraj co-founded and served as CEO of OneStopKitchen from August 2021 to August 2024, developing a Tech & Space Optimization platform for restaurant scalability. Earlier experience includes co-founding MayaEats, a company enhancing restaurant visibility, and contributions at Google as a Software Engineer focusing on child safety technologies. Additional roles include system software engineering positions at NVIDIA and entrepreneurship with Virtual Queuing System, along with academic experience as a graduate teaching assistant. Vijayaraj holds advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including a graduate certificate in Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University and a Master’s in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
