Rachelle Penalo

Rachelle Penalo has a diverse work experience. Rachelle worked as a Lead Patient Access Coordinator at Overlake Medical Center & Clinics since August 2021 and as a Patient Access Coordinator from November 2017 to August 2021. Previously, they served as an Office Manager at Olson Appliance Heating & Cooling from September 2014 to March 2017. Rachelle also had a role as a Health Teacher (Professional Internship) at Madison Middle School from January 2014 to May 2014, where they created curriculum and improved teaching processes. Before that, they worked as a Receptionist and HR Assistant at Ajilon from 2011 to 2012, fulfilling temporary and contract assignments at various companies. Lastly, Rachelle worked as a Doctor Assistant at Spinal Relief from January 2006 to August 2010, handling patient appointments, insurance, and medical records.
