Anna Karefa-Johnson is an accomplished professional in experiential strategy and brand marketing with significant leadership experience. Currently serving as Vice President of Experiential Strategy & Live Events and Vice President of Brand Experience & Community Engagement at Overtime since October 2019, Anna previously held the role of Senior Director of Brand Experience & Marketing and Regional Director of Events & Programming at RISE. Anna's background includes positions such as Community Outreach Manager for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Director of Marketing for the Pac-12 Conference, where Anna led over 50 events annually. Early career experiences include various roles in public relations and marketing with organizations such as UMCA Sports, The Walker Marchant Group, and the Los Angeles Lakers. Anna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Southern California and a Master’s degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University.
