Jess Kent-Johnson, CPCC, is a leadership development and culture design expert currently serving as a Certified Leadership Coach and Culture Consultant at The Perk. With a diverse background, Jess has developed skills in creative consulting and community engagement as the Founder of WorkFlow Creative Studio and as a Teaching Artist for The Lullaby Project at the Overture Center for the Arts. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Forj as Vice President of Professional Services and at findhelp as Senior Customer Success Manager. Jess has a strong foundation in implementation and operational strategy from a decade-long tenure at Epic, where significant process improvements were achieved. Jess holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business from Belmont University.
