Overture Center for the Arts
Mike McGroarty currently serves in Guest Services at the Overture Center for the Arts while also reviewing for the Jerry Awards. Mike has been an English, Latin, and Humanities Teacher in the Learning Resource Department at Edgewood High School since August 2022, and previously taught English at the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and Los Angeles Unified School District. With a long-standing involvement in music as a Musician and Producer at Freescha since 1999, Mike holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Arts from Boston University College of Fine Arts, a Master of Arts in Classics from Villanova University, and currently pursues an Administrative Licensure in K-12 Educational Leadership at Edgewood College, expected by fall 2024.
