Ivonne Trachez

Ivonne Trachez currently serves as the HR Learning & Development Manager and Training Project Coordinator International at OVHcloud since November 2020. In this role, Ivonne Trachez is responsible for the development of employee skills across the EMEA, APAC, and Americas regions, collaborating closely with HR and Office Managers to implement training initiatives that address both individual needs and strategic priorities. This position involves establishing training plans for over 2,500 employees worldwide, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI), benchmarking training organizations, and ensuring compliance with global training obligations. Prior to OVHcloud, Ivonne Trachez worked as an Office Manager at OpenIO from December 2017 to October 2020 and briefly served as an Assistant and Service Manager at GSK in September to November 2017, along with experience as a trilingual receptionist at Atos from January 2012 to February 2016.
