Devon McGibbeny

Devon McGibbeny, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They most recently worked at Owens Corning as the Corporate Engineering Lead. Prior to that, they were a Packaging Equipment Engineer at kdc/one, where they managed the development and implementation of equipment for new products and processes. Devon also worked at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, first as a Robot Maintenance Specialist, where they focused on standardizing maintenance procedures and leading projects to optimize resources. Later, they became a Production Supervisor, managing multiple production teams and implementing efficiency initiatives. Devon also has experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Dayton and as a CAD Tech. Intern at SSOE Group. They have previous internships in Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Engineering at Tenneco. Earlier in their career, Devon worked in landscaping and as a Golf Caddie at Inverness Club.

Devon McGibbeny, MBA, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, graduating in 2016. In 2022, they completed a Bootcamp in Data Analytics at The Ohio State University. Devon further pursued education at The University of Toledo from 2017 to 2020, graduating with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Devon also attended St. Francis de Sales School in Toledo, OH as an Alumni from 2008 to 2012, although the field of study is not specified. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Bootcamp - Data Analytics from The Ohio State University in November 2022.
