Joe Pistilli

Joe Pistilli, MS, has extensive experience in operations management and planning within both commercial and military environments. Currently serving as the S&OP Lead/Demand Planner at Owens Corning since November 2013, Joe has held various roles including Production Planner and Operations Shift Leader, emphasizing safety training and team education. Prior military service in the Army National Guard from February 2005 to July 2017 includes positions such as Plans and Operations Officer and Logistics Officer, where Joe established operational procedures and managed extensive assets valued over $90 million. Joe also served as an Executive Officer, overseeing training, logistics support, and equipment accountability. An educational background includes a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Kent State University.
