Lee Richards

Lee Richards has over 25 years of experience in industrial and manufacturing systems, currently serving as the Human Resources Systems Leader at Owens Corning since August 2005, where responsibilities include architecting solutions across various levels of manufacturing and enterprise business systems. Previous roles at Owens Corning include IS Leader - Manufacturing Domain Architect and Manufacturing Architect. Prior to joining Owens Corning, Lee Richards was an IS Project Manager and Staff Engineer at Aspen Technology, Inc. Lee Richards holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
