Parrish Jones Sphr

Parrish Jones SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manufacturing HR Leader at Owens Corning since July 2022. Prior to this role, Parrish was the HR Manager at Corpus Christi Polymers LLC from January 2015 to July 2022, where responsibilities included developing HR processes for a major manufacturing facility and water desalinization plant. Additional experience includes HR Manager positions at PeroxyChem and various HR Representative roles at FMC, contributing to labor relations, HR strategies, and generalist support across multiple divisions. Parrish holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, attained between 2005 and 2007.
