Thomas Franzke

Thomas Franzke is an experienced HR executive currently serving as the Head of HR for Owens Corning in the D-A-CH region since January 2024, focusing on post-merger integration of multiple entities within a Fortune 500 corporation. Prior to this role, Thomas held senior HR leadership positions at EFI from October 2016 to December 2023, where responsibilities included regional HR oversight across multiple European markets and leading various HR initiatives. Thomas began the HR career at Wiesmann Personalisten GmbH and has a background in procurement and operations management from Bilfinger SE, as well as workflow optimization at HP. Education includes a certified business management degree specializing in human resources and labor law from DAA Wirtschaftsakademie Düsseldorf.
