Daniel Jekl

Daniel Jekl serves as the Head of Global Accounts at O-I since September 2015, leading commercial strategies for all global accounts in South America, comprising 70% of the business, with direct reporting to the presidency. In previous roles at O-I, Daniel structured a Strategic Marketing area and collaborated closely with executive leadership to align market strategy with financial insights and product development. Daniel also developed key account management strategies and conducted significant market penetration initiatives. Prior experience includes senior roles at BASF, where Daniel managed key accounts for superabsorbent polymers, led acquisition integration projects, and optimized supply chains in the agricultural sector. Daniel holds a degree in International Business Administration from Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André and certifications in supply chain management from IISCM.
