Diego Sierra

Diego Sierra is a Continuous Improvement & Quality Leader at O-I, with a history of roles including Plant Quality Manager and Project Engineer. Since May 2019, Diego has been responsible for assessing plant quality reports, production data, and the effectiveness of inspection equipment to guide product release decisions in collaboration with Line Managers. Additionally, Diego fosters customer relationships by providing insights on glass quality performance and capabilities. Prior experience includes a role as a Process Engineer Technical Intern at Woodbridge, where the implementation of new technologies was led, and a Retail Sales Associate position at Wireless Universe. Diego holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo and multiple associate degrees in Pre-Engineering from Santa Fe College and Broward College.
