Joe Miller

Joe Miller is an experienced professional in IT asset management with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Software Asset Manager at O-I since June 2012, Joe is responsible for managing the global IT operating expense budget for software maintenance, overseeing the cost center, and reporting on software costs. Previously, as Senior Solutions Analyst, Joe led the Global IT Asset Management team, managed the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database, and provided insights on software licensing to optimize the asset portfolio. Earlier roles include Solutions Analyst and various auditing positions at Olympic Steel. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Information Systems Auditing and Control from Bowling Green State University.
