Rashmi Agnihotri is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in strategy and corporate development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Strategy at O-I since June 2023, Rashmi previously held key positions, including Chief Strategy Officer and CFO at Barracuda Technologies, where responsibilities included fundraising and developing growth strategies focused on sustainable practices. Rashmi's career also includes significant roles at Maumee Ventures as President, leading AgTech startup investments, and The Andersons, Inc. as Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development, managing strategic planning and capital allocation.
