Evan Evans has extensive experience in FPGA engineering and electrical engineering. Evan started their career as a Reliability Engineer (Co-op) at MKS Instruments in 2010, where they worked on analyzing stress data and preparing failure analysis reports. Evan then moved on to NxStage Medical, Inc. as an Equipment Engineer (Co-op), where they performed reliability testing and analyzed test results.

In 2011, Evan joined Veeco Instruments as an Electrical Engineer, where they generated engineering changes and provided custom assembly solutions for their product lines. Evan also worked at ASML, first as a Connectivity Design Engineer and then as an FPGA Design Engineer. At ASML, they designed electronics for subsystem interfaces and developed FPGA designs to improve system performance in lithography processes.

Currently, Evan is working at Owl Cyber Defense as a Senior Lead FPGA Engineer. Their responsibilities involve developing real-time Ethernet packet inspection systems using FPGAs, implementing hardware-based packet filtering algorithms, and creating address maps for control and status registers.

Evan Evans has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Fairfield University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2011, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. Additionally, Evan has obtained several certifications, including "Becoming an Impactful and Influential Leader," "Level Up Your Remote Team Experience," "Leadership Mindsets," and "Strategic Thinking," from LinkedIn in 2022.
