Natasha Benson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Natasha began their career at Goldman Sachs in 1999, where they held various roles in credit derivatives, structured products, and cross-asset structuring. In 2014, they founded Alpha Balance Wellness Pte Ltd and served as the CEO until 2019. Natasha then joined Standard Chartered Bank as the Head of Financial Markets and Corporate Finance Business Model Analysis from 2017 to 2019. Natasha later moved to SC Ventures by Standard Chartered, where they worked as the Chief Operating Officer from 2019 to 2021. Natasha then became the Chief Executive Officer at Fintech for International Development from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Natasha is the Chief Operating Officer at Ownera.

Natasha Benson completed their undergraduate degree in Economics at Loughborough University from 1996 to 1999. In 2021, they pursued a short course in Fintech Innovation at Cambridge Judge Business School. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Fintech Innovation: Disrupting the Financial Landscape" from Emeritus in the same year.
