Steven started their career in 1996 as a Sales Manager at The Newark Group, where they worked for 17 years. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the National Sales Manager at OX Industries. In 2022, they joined Circle Incorporated as the Director of Sales and Marketing until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Central Sales at Ox Industries.
Steven Carr attended Xavier University from 1987 to 1991 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Marketing.

Ox Industries is the largest independently owned, vertically integrated producer of paperboard, specialty paper, tube & core, and protective packaging products in the United States. When we opened our doors in 1996, we worked to produce the most environmentally sustainable product possible, using recycled material purchased from nearby paper mills. We knew that if we wanted to impact the environment – while also maintaining the most efficient production lines and highest quality product – we needed to be in control of our paper source. In 2007, with that goal in mind, we purchased Halltown Paperboard Mill – founded in 1869 – and became a 100% vertically integrated producer of recycled paperboard. The Ox team is rooted in the paper business and knowledgeable across multiple industries. We take the time to listen and gain an understanding of our customer's goals and challenges. We help clients navigate through manufacturing channels, creating efficiency and finding solutions for even the most demanding jobs.
