Chung-Ying Li is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Oxa since October 2018, following roles as a Software Engineer and Field Applications Engineer. Previously, Chung-Ying completed an MRes in Natural Computation at the University of Birmingham, where the thesis focused on addressing the Particle Deprivation problem in Particle Filters using Markov Chain Monte Carlo methods. Chung-Ying's earlier experience includes working as a Research Assistant at National Taiwan Normal University, contributing to the development of autonomous mobile robots and cloud-based navigation systems, and serving in the Army Band of Taiwan, initially as a Private and later promoted to Corporal. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan Normal University.
