Tarlan Suleymanov is a Senior Software Engineer at Oxa since March 2018, where previous roles included Software Engineer. Tarlan co-founded and served as co-chairman of the Azerbaijan Science Association, dedicated to promoting scientific communication in Azerbaijan.
