Erica Birkbeck

Erica Birkbeck is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in sales operations, revenue management, and business development. Currently serving as a Sales Enablement Specialist at OxBlue since December 2024, Erica previously held the position of Operations Manager at Physician and Nurse Licensing Services between July 2023 and January 2025. Before that, Erica was the Director of Revenue Operations at Rep Data from May 2022 to June 2023. Earlier experiences include roles as an Analyst in Sales Operations and various positions at LEARFIELD, including Development Coordinator, Regional Manager, Business Development Manager, and Sponsorship Coordinator from 2013 to 2022. Erica began a professional journey in athletic marketing as an intern at Mississippi State University, where Erica earned a degree from 2011 to 2015.
