Jenny Vargas

Jenny Vargas, MSOL, currently serves as the Administrative Services Manager at Oxbow since April 2023, previously holding the position of Executive Assistant at BrightNight from May 2022 to March 2023. With over a decade of experience at Oxbow, Jenny was an Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President of Strategy & Performance, where responsibilities included managing travel arrangements, financial documentation, and vendor relationships. Early career roles include positions at Demetriou General Agency, Inc., Dinkes & Schwitzer Esq, The Heffner Agency, Inc., and Aon Risk Solutions, focusing on customer service, accounting support, and data management. Jenny holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University, alongside an AAS in Systems and Applications from LaGuardia Community College.
