Aster Lemma

Aster Lemma is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in management and systems implementation. Currently serving as a Financial Analyst and previously as the Regional Finance and Systems Manager at Oxfam America since September 2012, Aster also held the position of Interim Country Business Support Manager at Oxfam America in Senegal in 2016, where responsibilities included establishing business service systems in compliance with organizational policies. Prior experience includes roles as Country Finance Manager at Plan International, Finance Coordinator at WaterAid International, and Financial Reporting and General Accounts Head at CARE International. Aster holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Addis Ababa University and a Diploma in Accounting from Addis Ababa University - College of Commerce.
