Chief Transformation Officer at Oxfam

Alison Court is the Chief Transformation Officer at Oxfam. She joined Oxfam GB in January 2020, in what was a new role responsible for driving the implementation of their new strategic vision. From October 2020, her role changed with an increase in responsibility, incorporating the global operations of Oxfam GB and she was appointed Chief Transformation Officer. Her purpose remains to facilitate the transformation work needed to achieve the OGB strategy and enable a once-in-a-decade change to the confederation’s global operating model, while delivering OGB’s international operations efficiently, to a high standard and in line with our values and commitments to be safe, feminist and partner-led.
