Currently serving as Co-Founder and Director at Oxford Dynamics since April 2020 and Co-Founder at OXLABS, Shefali is actively engaged in developing innovative technologies while maintaining a stealth mode for both ventures. As a Venture Fellow in the Newton Venture Program, Shefali enhances expertise within the Venture Capital ecosystem. Previous roles include Principal Business Development & Strategy Consultant and Head of Sales & Marketing at In-Space Missions Limited, along with significant contributions at Oxford Space Systems and the Department for International Trade. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Astronautics and Space Engineering from Cranfield University and an Executive Education in Strategy from London Business School.
