Luigi Giuliano

Luigi Giuliano, CPA, currently serves as Manager of Valuations and Analytics at Oxford Properties Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Luigi held the position of Analyst in Portfolio Management at GWL Realty Advisors from August 2021 to July 2023, and contributed as a Senior and Staff Accountant at Deloitte from 2019 to 2021. Luigi's earlier experience includes a decade as a Baker at Malta Bake Shop, where responsibilities were managed independently. Additionally, Luigi owned and operated a painting franchise business and completed a Staff Accountant role at Deloitte Canada during a summer internship in 2018. Academic qualifications include a Master of Accounting from Schulich School of Business, York University, and an International Bachelor of Business Administration focused on Accounting, also from Schulich, complemented by an exchange experience at the National University of Singapore.
