Nishat Jessa

Nishat Jessa has a strong background in finance, specifically in the areas of finance transformation, risk management, and governance. Nishat has held various senior roles at Oxford Properties Group, starting as a Director of Risk Management and Governance in 2007 and moving up to become a Vice President of Finance Transformation and Risk. In this role, they focused on defining the finance function of the future, aligning initiatives for scalability, and enhancing operational risk methodologies. Earlier in their career, they worked at Protiviti as a Manager and at PwC as a Senior Associate. Nishat began their career as a Staff Accountant at Deloitte.

Nishat Jessa pursued higher education at the University of Waterloo. From 1997 to 2002, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Arts, with a major in Accounting. Following this, in 2002, they furthered their education at the same university and obtained a Masters degree in Accounting.
