Duncan Shepherd

Duncan Shepherd has extensive experience in spacecraft antenna design and product development, currently serving in this capacity at Oxford Space Systems since April 2022. Previously, at CHELTON LIMITED from April 2007 to November 2022, Duncan held the position of Product Design Authority for Antennas, leading initiatives in product design and bid management for the Defence Communications team. Prior roles include Support and Liaison at Vector Fields, where Duncan developed computational techniques for diverse applications, and Engineering and Business Development at Culham Electromagnetics Limited, focusing on RF design. Duncan's career began at the UK Atomic Energy Authority as a Project Scientist, where foundational skills in mathematical modelling and software development were established. Duncan holds a BSc honours degree in Theoretical Physics from Durham University.
