Michael Gradek

Michael Gradek has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Michael worked as a Management Consultant (Intern) at Odgers Berndtson Management Consultants in 2011 and later joined the company as a full-time Management Consultant in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Business Analyst and later became a Product Manager at Trovit, where they stayed until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, Michael was self-employed and engaged in entrepreneurship and freelance work.

In 2017, Michael joined Billy Mobile as the Head of Product, leading multiple projects related to mobile affiliate marketing. Michael then moved on to Ubeeqo in 2018 as the Head of Product for B2B Ride Hailing, where they successfully recruited a team and developed a ride-hailing app from scratch. In the same year, they also worked as a Speaker and co-organizer at La Product Conf & LPCx.

In 2019, Michael joined Careem as a Lead Product Manager, where they worked on innovative projects in the taxi sector, specifically coordinating cross-functional programs and ensuring the delivery of business strategy and goals. In 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO) at deeder, where they held leadership positions until 2023.

Currently, Michael Gradek is the VP of Platform at Oxwash, starting in 2023.

Michael Gradek's education history begins in 2007 when they enrolled at Esade to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, which they completed in 2012. In 2011, they participated in an exchange program at the Stockholm School of Economics, where they focused on Business and Economics. In 2017, Michael furthered their education in the field of Computer Science by attending Udacity, where they completed a Deep Learning Nanodegree program in 2018. In the same year, they also completed the Intro to Self-Driving Cars program at Udacity, furthering their knowledge in Computer Science.
