Lorrin Maughan

Lorrin Maughan is an experienced professional in experience design and equine gestalt coaching, currently serving as the Experience Design Lead at Oxygen Exp since July 2012, where responsibilities include managing immersive learning experiences for clients such as Microsoft and T-Mobile. Maughan also holds positions as a Master Equine Gestaltist at Shamwari, LLC, a Program Coach for certification programs at Communication With All Life University, and a coach in the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method Certification Program at Touched by a Horse, Inc. Prior to these roles, Maughan had an extensive career at Microsoft Corporation, culminating in the position of Senior Marketing Manager, along with varied roles in HR and product management. Educational qualifications include a Master Equine Gestaltist degree and a Master of Business in Employee Relations from the University of Technology Sydney.
