Elaine Galea is an experienced professional in Payroll and Human Resources, currently serving as Chief Officer - Payroll & HR at Ozo Group since December 2023. Previously, Elaine held the position of Group Payroll Manager at Ozo Group from February 2021 to October 2023 and worked as an HR and Payroll Executive at Mizzi Organisation from March 2018 to January 2021. Earlier roles include Accounts Executive at Valletta Legal, Account Executive at Pentasia, and various positions in customer service and accounting at Stanley Leisure Trading (Malta) Ltd and Maria Services Ltd / Unibet International Ltd. With a strong background in payroll processing, compliance, and management accounting, Elaine has developed expertise in handling payroll, accounting records, and HR functions across multiple industries. Education was completed at Junior College, Malta, between 1996 and 1998.
