Yury Posadskiy has a diverse background in IT and logistics. Yury started their career in 2007 at ГК Юнэкт, where they held various positions in IT and logistics until 2012. Yury then joined Kuehne + Nagel as a WMS/TMS Superuser, ensuring optimal use and functionality of systems, analyzing and optimizing work/process flows. From 2014 to 2018, Yury worked as a WMS Project Manager at Kuehne + Nagel, handling customer implementation and post go-live support. Yury eventually became the Head of Information Systems, Contract Logistics in 2018, responsible for team management, business development, budget management, and compliance. Currently, Yury is working at OZON.ru as the Head of Logistics Product and will take on the role of CPO Ozon Global in 2023.
Yury Posadskiy has a Specialist degree in Financial Management from the Higher School of Economics, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2009, they also obtained a Specialist degree in Information Technology from the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University). In addition, they have additional certifications including the Continious Improvement Lean 6 Sigma Yellow Belt from Kuehne + Nagel and the Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE) from Cambridge English Language Assessment.
