Chris Michael is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial technology, digital transformation, and product development. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Ozone Financial Technology since June 2017, Chris has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction. Previous leadership positions include serving as CEO of CJEM LIMITED and Interim Head of Technology for Open Banking, where Chris led the creation of the UK Open Banking Standard and chaired the Technical Design Authority. Chris has contributed as a Steering Committee Member at Tech Nation and as a mentor to startups at Level39, offering consultancy on technology strategies. In a strategic role at RB, Chris transformed digital platforms and introduced Agile methodologies. Additional experience includes leading teams at the UK Ministry of Justice and providing educational support as a tutor for the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing. Chris holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.
