Amareesh Arora is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning several leadership roles in human resources across diverse organizations. Currently serving as Vice President Human Resources at Ozone Group since August 2007, Amareesh has successfully developed and implemented comprehensive HR policies and systems to support the company’s growth from minimal revenue to approximately 450 Crores. Previous roles include Head HR at Financial Software & Systems (P) Ltd, overseeing HR for 750 software engineers and 185 onsite tech support teams, Deputy General Manager Human Resources at SUN PHARMA managing over 2000 employees across various locations, and Executive Manager Human Resources at Tata Consultancy Services, facilitating HR functions for a major software development center. Amareesh’s career began at JK Synthetics and has included significant contributions at Larsen & Toubro Limited, ITI Ltd., and a foundational role in personnel management. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, a PG Diploma in Labour Laws, and an MBA in Finance & HR.
