Chelsea Smeaton is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the VP of Design and Product Development at P.J. Salvage since May 2024, Chelsea also holds the position of Creative Director at TO THE MARKET from March 2021. Previous roles include Creative Director/Designer at Sunrise Design Studio, VP of Design at Catalyst Creative Group, and Trend Director at Tillys. Chelsea has a strong entrepreneurial background as the Creative Director/Owner of Stone Fox Design Studio and has also contributed as Head Designer for swimwear at Add-Black for Target Xhilaration. Chelsea's early career includes positions as a Fashion Designer with renowned brands such as ROXY, VOLCOM, and O'Neill, showcasing a robust foundation in the fashion industry dating back to 1996.
