Prior to Pfizer, Gerard gained extensive experience at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals from January 1991 to October 2009, holding various senior marketing and leadership roles in Women's Health and Neuroscience. Gerard's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from St. John's University and a BS in Biological Sciences from Stony Brook University.
