Daniel Mylnikov

Daniel Mylnikov is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the blockchain and DeFi sectors, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at P2P.org since June 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel spent a decade at eWave Commerce, where significant contributions were made as Chief Operations Officer, General Manager of eWave EU, Head of Consulting, and Head of Solutions Delivery, focusing on digital transformations and managing global teams across multiple regions. Daniel's career also includes project management and consulting roles at UCMS Group, where leadership was demonstrated in managing ERP and HRM projects for high-profile clients, as well as analytical positions at Sibur and as a Full Stack Web Developer. Daniel holds a Master's degree in IT specializing in Information Security from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics.
