Daniel Darancou is an experienced design professional currently serving as Chief Designer at PACCAR since October 2023, where strategic leadership in global solutions for commercial truck production is a focus. Previously, Daniel held the position of Vice President Operations at iHawk Global Pte Ltd from March 2020 to October 2023, driving innovation in the Mobility sectors across land, air, and sea. As Chief Creative Officer at INNOVATION and DESIGN for the WORLD from November 2010 to October 2023, Daniel provided design expertise with over 25 years of international experience in the automotive market. Daniel's earlier career includes a role as Design Manager at General Motors Design from June 1985 to November 2010 and as a Designer at I.DE.A. Institute Spa from April 1984 to May 1985. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation - Industrial Design from the ArtCenter College of Design and has additional education from Parsons School of Design.
