Beau Engman has an extensive work history, starting with their role as the Founder of PACE Equity, LLC in 2013. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Commercial Energy Solutions at Johnson Controls from 2010 to 2013, where they managed the delivery of energy efficiency solutions. Before their time at Johnson Controls, Engman was the Managing Partner at E2 Capital Partners from 2009 to 2010. Beau also served as the Chairman and CEO of BuildTopia from 2002 to 2010, and as the VP of Software Strategy at Homestore from 2001 to 2002. Additionally, Engman founded and served as the CEO of HomeWrite, a venture-backed SAAS selling to builders, realtors, and home service companies, from 1999 to 2001.
Beau Engman attended St. Louis Country Day from 1980 to 1988. Beau then pursued higher education at the University of Richmond from 1988 to 1992, earning a BSBA degree in Finance, International Business, and Spanish.
